The CO2 RF laser and high-speed scanning mirror provide reliable guarantees for the long-term, continuous, high-speed, stable, and consistent operation of the machine. CO2 laser has high power and high electro-optical conversion efficiency. It uses carbon dioxide as the working substance and injects carbon dioxide and other gases into the exhaust pipe. When a high voltage is applied to the electrode, a glow discharge is generated in the discharge tube, causing gas molecules to release laser light. After expanding and focusing the released laser energy, laser processing is achieved through the deflection of the scanning mirror.
Software:
The marking software runs on all WINDOWS platforms. It is compatible with AUTOCAD, CORELDRAW, and PHOTOSHOP file formats such as PLT, PCW, DIF, BMP, etc. It can also use SHK and TTF characters. The software provides special libraries for fonts, symbols, and shapes.
